Premier locating is a women owned family operated company where nearly every employee knows each other. This allows us to form personal working relationships with utility owners, contractors, and homeowners.

  • Homeowners: If the utilities are public, you will need to contact Gopher State by dialing 811 and requesting marks. If they are private utilities, call us or submit the request here.

    Contractors and Utility owners: Please contact us for bids or negotiations.

  • This paint is marking public utilities that may be involved in construction (anything from putting in fence posts road demolition). If there is paint on your yard, please leave the paint for a few days or until the construction is complete. If the paint is removed early, it may delay construction as we will need to re-locate the utilities or cause damages to active services leaving people without power, internet, water, or other utilities.
